This service provides a photo-indexing system for move-in inspections, move-out inspections, and routine maintenance records. Photos can be categorized by room, date, specific inspection item, file name, or descriptive notes. Clients may specify their preferred storage format and classification method; we will discuss these requirements and provide a quote. Once a deposit is paid, we will create the record templates. After the client reviews and confirms the final output, the remaining balance is due. This service helps clients organize and link their photos to specific property inspection items.
